Food is one of life’s great pleasures but to me it means much more: it’s the element in which life, work and passion come together as one. My cooking concept is strongly linked to my region and the simple ingredients that I try to enhance by using traditional and modern techniques, transforming them into visually pleasing and deliciously tasting dishes. Because cooking is a real art!

After years of successes and satisfactions at Ristorante Camino, on the outskirts of Livigno, I have taken my Alpine Cuisine to the centre of town, at Ristorante La Pòsa, in an elegant and refined atmosphere. We are open every day for lunch and dinner at Hotel Flora****, with direct access from the pedestrian area.
